About Us
Our Story
Padel Pass is a family-owned company founded by three brothers, Tom, Jack, and George, together with their close friend Alex. Having been obsessed with tennis for most of their lives, a spontaneous game of padel on holiday in Europe in 2021 sparked a new passion and a simple mission: bring padel back to our hometown, ASAP!
What started as a personal obsession to play as much padel as possible, has grown into a shared mission; to bring feel-good padel to as many people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and North London as possible. Bringing feel-good padel means delivering high-quality courts, vibrant community spaces, and accessible coaching pathways at great locations with trusted local partners.
We’re padel people at heart, committed to growing the sport in the right way and helping as many people as possible discover the joy of playing padel.
Our Values
Community at the Core
We build courts, and the communities around them, to last for decades. We prioritise player experience & community.
Accessible for All
Padel should be open, affordable, and welcoming. Casual players and members alike are always invited to enjoy our venues.
Quality Without Compromise
Our state-of-the-art courts, built with trusted venue partners, aim to bring an exceptional experience every time.
Best Locations, Trusted Partners
Working with local councils, clubs, and leisure centres, we create venues that deliver strong returns and lasting community impact.
Family-Owned
As a family business, we don’t chase quick wins. We’re committed to sustainable growth and building venues we’ll be proud of 20 years from now and beyond.
Player-First Approach
Our love for padel drives us to put the player at the heart of every decision, from court design to booking, to create an exceptional experience every time.
