Promoter

This competition is promoted by Padel Pass Ltd (“Padel Pass”), registered in the UK.

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Padel Pass and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must subscribe to the Padel Pass mailing list by providing a valid email address.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Competition Period

The competition opens on 1st March 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 31st July 2025.

The winner will be drawn at random on 1st August 2025.

Prize Details

The winner will receive 5 free hours of padel court time at a Padel Pass facility.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Padel Pass reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

General

Padel Pass reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

The competition is governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Data Protection

By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition and receiving marketing emails from Padel Pass.

Participants can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
