1. General
These pre-launch packages are offered by Padel Pass Ltd and are redeemable exclusively at the Harpenden (Park) venue unless otherwise stated by Padel Pass.
2. Package Credits
Customers may purchase one of the following pre-launch packages:
A maximum of three (3) pre-launch packages may be purchased per account holder.
Credits will be added to the customer’s Padel Pass account prior to, or on, the opening of the Harpenden (Park) venue.
3. Credit Usage
Pre-launch credits may only be used towards court bookings at Harpenden (Park).

4. Availability
Pre-launch packages are available for purchase until the Harpenden (Park) venue officially opens, unless withdrawn earlier at Padel Pass’s discretion.
5. Venue Opening
Padel Pass does not guarantee a specific opening date for Harpenden (Park). Any opening date communicated by Padel Pass is an estimate only and may be subject to change due to planning, construction, weather, supplier delays or circumstances beyond Padel Pass’s reasonable control.
6. Credit Expiry
All promotional credit received as part of a pre-launch package must be used within twelve (12) months of the Harpenden (Park) venue opening date.
Any unused promotional credit remaining after this period will expire.
7. Refunds
Pre-launch packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law.
If Padel Pass is unable to open the Harpenden (Park) venue within twelve (12) months of the originally advertised opening date, customers may request a refund of the amount originally paid.
8. Non-Transferable Credits
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, refunded or resold except where required by applicable law.
9. Promotion Abuse
Padel Pass reserves the right to cancel credits, suspend accounts or refuse bookings where it reasonably believes a customer has breached these Terms & Conditions, attempted to circumvent purchase limits, created multiple accounts, engaged in fraudulent activity or otherwise misused the promotion.
10. Promotion Changes
Padel Pass reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, amend or discontinue the pre-launch package promotion at any time. Any packages purchased prior to such withdrawal, suspension, amendment or discontinuation shall remain valid in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
11. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Padel Pass shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such delay, interruption or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, planning delays, utility failures, industrial disputes, supplier delays, acts of government, pandemics or other unforeseen events.
12. Standard Booking Terms
All bookings made using pre-launch credits remain subject to the standard Padel Pass booking terms, cancellation policy and venue rules in force at the time of booking.
13. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Padel Pass reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to operational, legal or commercial requirements. Any amendments will not materially reduce the value of credits already purchased.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
